Pastor Michael graduated from RHEMA Bible Training Center in Tulsa, OK in 1987 and immediately joined Family Church (formerly known as Bible Christian Fellowship) as Associate Pastor. In January 1995, he became the Senior Pastor of Family Church. Pastor Michael served as director of RHEMA Ministerial Association for ten years and is currently on the Board of Fresh Oil Fellowship. Pastor Michael oversees all four Family Churches.
Pastor Nancy Lokietek is an ordained minister who has been in the ministry since 1996. Pastor Nancy holds an Associates degree from Canton College of Technology, a B.A. from Fredonia State University, and a M.A. in Art Education from Rochester Institute of Technology. She worked for several years as an elementary school teacher before joining the staff at Family Church in September, 2010. Pastors Michael and Nancy have three daughters: Natalie, Sarah, and Audrey. |

Rev. Rich both attended and taught at RHEMA Bible Training Center, where he met his wife, Daphne. In 2007, they moved to Fredonia and Rev. Rich joined the staff of Family Church. They are currently in preparation to head to Spain as full-time missionaries.

Amy has been a member of Family Church since 1992. She has served and overseen the audio ministry since 1993. In 2003, she joined the staff as Office Manager and in January 2009, she became the Children's Church leader. Amy lives in Sheridan with her husband, Kirk and their daughters Megan and Alison.

Miss Mercy has been serving as Worship Director since 2005. An extremely anointed woman of God, Mercy leads worship for all services, including School of the Bible. Mercy is a private practitioner contracting with the NYS Early Intervention Program. She holds a B.S. degree in Speech and Hearing Handicapped, and a M.S. in Speech Pathology. Also, since 2008, Mercy has been directing the On-Fire Choir at Family Church.
