My Family Church

	Rev. Michael Lokietek: This year Pastor Michael celebrated 20 years at Family Church. Upon graduation from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1987, he served as the Associate Pastor until December of 1994. On January 1, 1995, He became Senior Pastor. Rev. Lokietek served as the New York State Director for Rhema Ministerial Association International for almost 10 years. Pastor Michael has a vision to reach all of Chautauqua County for Christ. He resides in West Portland with his wife Nancy and three daughters, Natalie, Sarah and Zoe.
	Rev. Rita Beatty: Promoted to Associate Pastor on January 30, 2005. Assist Pastor Michael in pulpit ministries in Family Church North and South. Public Relations Director. Coordinator of L.I.F.E. Groups and the assimilation of visitors into Family Church. Produces/edits written materials. Helps with other ministries, programs and special events. Rita is our walking encyclopedia and "make it happen" specialist. Daughter Hannah. Pastor Rita lives in Dunkirk, NY.
	Amy Gugino: has been serving as Lead Sound Technician since August, 1991. She joined the church staff as Receptionist/Office Manager in January, 2003. This friendly voice usually answers the phone. She is also known as "The Queen" of the office. Amy helps ensure the sanity and the effectiveness of all the Staff at Family Church. We would be lost without her! Amy and her husband Kirk live in Sheridan, NY. They have two daughters, Megan and Alison.
	Rick & MaryJo Scienza: Youth and Children's directors. Working in Youth Ministry since 1990. Through the different ways they bring the Bible alive, the youth are able to build there relationships with God. Hundreds of young people have been reached through their dynamic style of ministry. Their sense of humor and care for for people are a tremendous asset to the ministry! They have a daughter Miranda , and son Vinny. Rick and MaryJo live in Dunkirk, New York.
	Mercy Homer: Worship Director of Family Church since 2005. Mercy is a anointed singer, pianist and songwriter. Known as the "Staff Diplomat", she brings compassion and excellence to our leadership. Note: Did we mention that she was single???? Mercy lives in Westfield, NY
	Rich Walker: Rich oversees the Real Life Bookstore and edits the Believe! Radio Broadcast which can be heard throughout Chautauqua County. Rich graduated from Hamilton College 1997 and from Rhema Bible Training Center in 2003. Before joining the Family Church staff in 2007, Rich worked for Rhema Bible Church where he taught Language classes to missionary students and project managed new release books and a monthly magazine. Rich’s wife, Daphne, is from South Florida and graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in 2006. Rich and Daphne met at Rhema and were married in August of 2006. They are bilingual and live in Fredonia, NY.
